Information we process

The website opens your email app; it does not have a contact form. In outreach to publishers, we share the website and placement task, not the client's name or contact details.

Retention

If an inquiry does not lead to an agreement, we keep its correspondence and work notes for up to 12 months after the last message, unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires longer retention. We then remove our active copies from mail, work tables, and chats under our control. For agreed projects, we keep relevant correspondence and records for the period needed to perform the agreement and meet legal recordkeeping duties, then delete them when no longer required. Service providers may retain their own backups under their applicable terms.
